Unable to read in-app dividend notifications

I’m not sure if this was reported already. I’m using an iphone / ios device with the latest software update. When I get a dividend notification, I click on it and do my face recognition, I don’t see the notification at all.

I have to check my email to see what the notification was about.

That’s not ideal, can you see the message if you open your chat history in the app?

No. I see previous conversations and service related notifications.
