Which notifications do you mean?
The dividend notification - That should have gone to your email (check spam)
Notification of message - open app, top right corner of portfolio screen go to your icon, then “chat with us”, there you should see “conversations”, press the “see all” and select the notification/chat.
The chats are long to get to and a bit hidden, I know, a bit frustrating for new users.

Most notifications should end up in the Activity tab of the app if that’s what you mean.
