Vendoir - Crowdcube

Vendoir is live on crowdcude at the moment. They’re an ‘on demand’ app for booking vendors such as DJs, photographers & videographers. They’ve described themselves as the Uber of the events industry.

I personally haven’t had a need to book anything like this and I definitely don’t have a skill that could be booked…but the idea did really appeal to me.

Has anyone else looked at this? The only similar app I’ve heard of is bridebook but they’ve only targeted the wedding part of an event rather than, say, pubs booking a band etc…

Would love to hear other opinions on this!

I do videography and photography on the side when i get free time. I would say 80-90% of my customers come from previous work.

This could either explode or just be useless concidering we got facebook & other platforms.

I dont see myself using it. Take this with a pinch of salt as i only do it for extra income

Thanks
Just rememver as well that there is a massive reward as well if they get a big part of the market.

The profits will debend on their way of monetization as well. Not sure whats the plan for revenue. But at the end of the day the main thing that will effect the price is market share followed by proficiant monetization that makes money, keep everyone happy and atracts more customers.

Good luck!
