Since yesterday I have had a prompt to update every time I open the app, but it doesn’t initiate when I press the update button on the upgrade page the wheel icon just keeps turning. It is a pain because as soon as Ive keyed in my pin a one option only screen appears and then takes you to update and then stops.
Im stuck now. Tried uninstalling hoping it would let me reinstall but it wont, so I cant access the app
Thanks but I reset my phone settings and tried again and I’m back in
