For which platform if I may ask? Can the average Joe have access?
HTC, Oculus and Pico. Most are not accessible to the general public. Some work can be found on Steam, but that’s rare.
Generally software is made for a client who are diversifying their staff training process.
Area Sales / Account manager - Bit of a pita but nice to have a breather from the corporate merry go round. Fortunate never to been made redundant in 30 years of working, all my ‘jobs’ have been stepping stones to other things on my terms as a progression. I now have a £1.5k 15 year old motor instead of the £30k company steed and I love it! When I think of the ‘perk’ BIK I’ve paid over the years grrrrrrr!

You should document your progress regularly and string it up as a cool ‘how I went from 1p to X… and eventually a house’. That would be the best ever marketing campaign for FT.

I went from 1p to no rent for a house. I wonder if you could actually trade with 1p, probably some of the FX/taxes would round up and vanish your investment.
This subreddit kind of gave me the idea, it sounds rad. Trade $1,000 up to $1m: $1k to $1 million

Before FT imposed the £2 limit you could definitely have done this, I used to throw my spare pennies into stocks. Unfortunately mostly Sirius Minerals

Don’t worry, I did the same and got burned on the exact same stock lol. I threw in like £20 of change I had.

I’m glad it taught me a lesson. I also have 3 shares of GGP in my GIA which cost 12p and briefly hit £1 this year. A million might be pushing it though…

Hello to all, I’m new to FT and the forum so still finding my way around. Having read the thread it would seem that I’m the winner for the ‘getting your hands dirty’ award so far as I’m a dairy and beef farmer!

I’m just going easy with the investments to start with to get a feel for it all and doing my best to learn from the right people! I’m certainly enjoying having a different thing to think about other than cows!

Genus (animal genetics etc) have done nicely recently but I don’t know how long it will last - I don’t think I’m the right guy to take investment advice from just yet though!!
