Dear Shareholder,
Further to our updates on 13th and 18th March 2019, the board is disappointed to announce that all discussions with potential investors have resulted in no further funds and so the board has decided that it is the appropriate time to cease trading. The board has instructed Panos Eliades Franklin of Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ to wind up the company and they will be in touch with a further update shortly.
