I have shares in zinnwald. They don’t seem to be going any higher than 25p historicaly as well 
how is this possible please

It might just not be a good company. Pennystock, never made any profits, no real revenue. It’s a gamble.
You seem to be a good omen, shares just crept over 25p
Mate so good, I’ve just bought another £100, nearly 20% up on these
