I can hand on heart admit I was wrong as I didn’t expect to see these added this tax year let alone before Christmas and most within the ISA too. Great job Freetrade and hope you all have a great festive period.

Just as an aside those that are showing as No for currently ISA eligible, does that mean that there’s some form of eligibility issue meaning they’ll always be a No or are they being worked on in the background and potentially may be moved to the ISA in the future?

What are the plus points for investing in REITs?

I understand dividend is one that provides regular income going forward but are there any other? Do they have growth potential like technology, IT, manufacturing etc. have?

Does anyone have any resources on REITs for UK investors? Most of the stuff I find seems to cover it as if you’re a USA investor, so it starts going on about tax and 401ks and whatnot.

Are these worthwhile as a portfolio for property diversification?

This one’s caught my eye because it’s a very hefty Dividend (10%+) with impressive gains year on year. Tempted to go in with them.
