I signed up with freetrade yesterday. I transferred money from my business account to my freetrade account yesterday afternoon, the money hasn’t reflected in my free trade account yet the money has left my bank account.
I have used the in app chat system since yesterday sending messages upon messages but have had no response.

Alex from marketing asked me to send a direct message but i cant see the option to do so
