Ok so can you give regular updates rather than keeping the people,who with due respect keep you, Freetrade up and running by buying from you rather than being rude (in my opinion) by saying you are not obliged to get this information in my opinion you are obliged .

A quick glance at reddit shows many other European brokers are in the same boat. some are saying it will be wednesday

This is a real shame that Freetrade is not providing any updates to customers on AMC/APE shares. Seeing a meltdown on twitter right now, not sure why they don’t just issue an update. This seems to be upsetting a lot of people.

With respect, you don’t buy your AMC from Freetrade. Freetrade is an execution only broker. Take time to read the T&C’s.

These meme stocks have brought a lot of drama queens into the stock market, They all want everything instantly and are raging if they don’t get it.
Financial things often take time. When I paid off my mortgage I had to pay the last payment twice because it wasn’t cleared yet, then had to wait 7 days to get it refunded. just one of those things, not a big deal if you are prepared for it and have realistic expectations

Do the community leaders here have any direct lines of communication with freetrade staff?
As a standard account user I do not have direct chat access and I am sure like many I am very concerned about the $ape shares not being available yet, given the amount of money that is at stake. I have emailed Freetrade.
Freetrade has stated in chats with other users that the shares would be in accounts before market open, which hasn’t happened.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey folks 
There isn’t likely to be any update from the Freetrade team here. I believe they have messaged all AMC holders with their latest position.
While stock prices update every second the systems that underpin the listings are far more basic and much slower than many realise. Freetrade have built their business to succeed when you do, there is no fraud here it’s just the wheels moving slower than expectations.
