My bank account has been “waiting verification” for about a week now. The £1 has come out, but still isn’t verified. What’s going on?
You’ll have to email customer service to chase it up, they won’t be able to give you an update on this public forum. It’s not unusual for account opening and first deposits to take a bit of time if manual intervention is needed for some reason. Try emailing verification@freetrade.io.
