Cannot open sipp and no response from support over a week

Hi,
I cannot open sipp.
Every time I try it goes to upgrade to Plus account I am getting:
Something went wrong
A network error occurred. Please try again

No response from support for over a week now. I am on standard plan and paying for them, and this is ridiculous support.
Can someone help?
