Compass will be doing a raise that will be open to retail investors - I don’t own the share but interested if FT allow their clients to take part ?

Compass currently going down like a stone but cant seem to find the reason why. A quick google search brings up their recent fundraising round and their purchase of Feedr. So what gives? 
Simply put, the business is expected to take much longer to recover and there are doubts on what recovery means on their business. Even with a longterm view, how long is too long?

I guess you’re right. Also didn’t realise that they’d cut their dividend too!
