And maybe socks if you throw enough money at them and very quickly when the funding round opens.

Curious about this also.

is there a way of checking on the FT app whether a stock is AIM/FTSE listed?

Well I think it’s fair to say that we won’t need a financial analyst to tell us that the share price will be anything remotely near to what to what it was even in R6 :relaxed:

I just had a little play around and I couldn’t find any way to explicitly say if a stock is AIM listed.

You can click on Costs and Charges though and it will tell you whether the investment has stamp duty:

Not really no. The difficult with putting information in the app is that it’s a thin line as too much information removes from the clean experience of the app.

There is lots of research to be done into a company that should require reading across various websites and many will describe the stock symbol at AIM:XXX.

Lovely stuff. Cheers

I guess, or it could be a basic filter in the same way you can choose US/UK, ETF/Stock etc

When will we know the share price for R7. What is best guess on price. Could it be over £10??

On the day of the raise. It could be anything.

1m users, £1b AUM & on the cusp of genuine internationalisation… I’d be amazed if they’re valued at less that £1b / £14. It’s been a transformational year.

Yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s around that. For all I care they can make it £1000 and then float soon after, so I can stop working. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

£500m at <£7 so I can buy loads more!

It’s an interesting dynamic and almost polar opposites. Newer investors obvi wanting a lower price to grab some more whilst the the early investors are wanting the SP to the moon

Be interesting to know how many people from R1, 2 or 3 are planning to buy more. I’m not just to be transparent. No matter how much I love FT,
with an average buy price of ~21p it makes no sense for my situation to buy more at £12-15 and will use the funds for more high risk / super early stage opportunities….

Good luck all…

I feel the same way, I have ~10,000 shares from R2 and R4

If the share price is around £10 ish I could buy a grands worth and I’d only increase my holding by 1%

Doesn’t seem worthwhile, so I’ll sit this one out (unless the share price is far less than people are expecting!)

I know I am late to the party but just have to get on the merry go round this time :stuck_out_tongue: More to show faith than looking for large % gains.

Very much understand this logic but regardless of anyone’s existing holdings - I don’t think there are many other opportunities laying around which have as good a chance of 5-10x ing from here.

I feel early investors will be deciding based on how many holes their socks have.

Do we think this will be purely a Crowdcube raise or will be venture money to? I think there has to be venture money as with international extension, FT’s going to be bleeding money for some time yet.
