Delays in withdrawals - seeing the returns on the bank account

Hi there!

It seems that FreeTrade has been annoyingly slow when it comes to return your money (profit/loss).
It is even more annoying when their customer support doesn’t response to one simple question: when someone decides to withdraw his money (profit/loss, doesn’t matter), how much time does it take this person to see the money in the bank account?

I made the request on Wednesday and I still have not seen my money on my bank account.
Does anyone know how long it takes?

All the withdrawals I’ve completed have been about 3 working days.

Seems pretty clear from the withdrawal screen.

I’ve only ever done this once but the transfer completed within the specified time frame. Around 3 days iirc.
