Hello I am trying to sell some shares but an “Error Placing Order” message keeps appearing. What can I do?
Sometimes it is low liquidity, you cant sell as noone is buying. You just have to keep trying. If it still doesnt work use the in-app chat.

I’m having this issue except it doesn’t appear to be low liquidity. I’ve sold the same shares on a different platform around the same time. Around a similar number of shares, and they sold almost immediately. I’ve been stuck unable to sell shares, and since Freetrade doesn’t queue sales there’s no way to just push the sell order and let it sell when it’s ready.
Instead I’m just going to end up with hundreds of failed transactions as i waste my day trying to manually sell shares
