ETF dividends

Why is it so difficult to find ex div dates for ETFs and weather they are paid annually, bi annually or quarterly ?

HL usually has that info (depending on the ETF of course)

For Vanguard and iShares ETFs you can go to the webpage and look at the Distribution History for the frequency and the Yield in the Key Metrics.

But seriously… all dividends, ETFs or otherwise, straight into your Google sheets… or you can look out for my monthly dividend run down-thingy table (catchy name, no?)

90% of users call the “dividendExDate” , “dividendPayDate” and “dividendFrequency” functions… it’s like their favourite thing. Honest.
