I think anybody wanting to buy now must be crazy !

And you’ll probably just sell soon as get dividend!

When us loyal traders have held this stocks for nearly 12 months and bought a terrible place (great price before war)

So if they are to suspend delist or fold I hope it doesn’t let you buy shares! For a quick fix

Why suspend? It’s British company.

It got assigned UK nationality by the LSE from what bit I’ve read about Evraz and the LSE suspending Russian companies
So quite unlikely to get suspended on that basis.

The thing that might hit/impact the shares/share price is a certain Mr Abramovich and his 29% holding and whether he gets hit with sanctions - https://www.evraz.com/en/investors/shareholders/shareholder-structure/

He’s already planning to sell Chelsea football club

I bought in a year ago. It wasn’t much. Now my holding is worth next to nothing.

I bought the same number of shares for peanuts last week when it was at around 45-55 gbx. My average share price paid is now around is very low. Cost me cert little to do this and worth the risk, because I have little to lose with EVR.L

Glad I bought into more US midstream providers at the start of Feb, and some BHP in Jan.

Why is freetrade is so poor at displaying accurate share values?
I’m having to check other places like Google finance and individual websites. Freetrade haven’t updated Petropavlosk at all today yet it’s value has definitely increased. I pay for the plus of this and have to say, very disappointed.
I’m in Evraz for several hundred so really want accurate updates.

Personally I’ve had no issues buying Evraz shares in recent trading days. They have never disappeared from my discover search, nor have they disappeared from my "watching ’ list. (I only have Evraz and polymetal in this list in order to save me scrolling to find them)

Because it’s helping russian with steel!

It’s not a argument to get company suspended. It helping British, USA and Europe as well.

It provides russia with steel, russia is their best customer!

Aswell as other countries! I don’t want it suspend I’m very high percent down!

Why do you think it’s dropped so bad in price if is nothing to do with Russia

And with Roman abramovich increases he stake to 29% probably doesn’t help if his getting sanctions against him

Hench why he’s selling his football club.

Just to correct some ā€œfakeā€ news about Roman Abramovich being sanctioned.

Not a single nation has ever sanctioned him. Not the UK, not the EU nor the US. I doubt they ever will, as there is no proof of any current link to Putin other than past associations.

Roman Abramovichs parents died when he was very young and was brought up by his Ukrainian grandparents. Abramovich has some very big supporters in Israel who are lobbying the US government not to sanction him.

With regards to Chelsea, which is something of a passion for him rather than a business venture, he has put it up for sale in order to protect the club from future anti-russian sentiment, and will only be sold to someone with the same ethos and love of football as him.

This is global company they can’t just get it suspended just like that.

If it was to be suspended it would already be.

Its easy for goverment to suspend everything and we gona pay for that. Everything will rise. People gona be struggling to survive. The USA puts its fingers everywhere.

If it weren’t for the USA, there would be no war in my Opinion.

They need Trump back. Biden Obama etc. Wars everywhere.

Just bought this morning, no issues

Thats because the current cashgrab from the UK needs a change to the law behind it.

Once the ā€˜economic crime’ becomes law, then there might be larger sanctions coming

So what’s he selling a profitably football club which he loves! And not taken a 1.05b loan back?? Cause he’s that Rick and doesn’t need it?

He was gonna get sanctioned or why would he leave British sell house he’s not allowed back in country! So just check on ā€œfakeā€ claims properly :+1:t2:

Everything going up haha guess why? Mainly because of the sanctions. We gona pay for that not goverment.

Yes getting evraz to get dividend. Money is money.
Where u see a problem?

I wish everyone success and big dividend payday!! :).

Sorry Leon but you haven’t a clue about Roman Abramovich. He hasn’t lived in the UK for about 4 years, due to work visa issues. He now lives mainly in Israel, holds Israeli citizenship, and since the end of last year has obtained Portuguese citizenship through Portugal’s naturalisation scheme for descendants of Sephardic Jews.

And yes, he is that rich, that he can write off a £1.5billion loan. He actually said over a decade ago that he would never call the loan in, but it was kept on the books as an accounting issue.

As for hoping that people lose money because of their choices,…well that says everything I need to know about you.

I believe he was not allowed to write it off for FFP rules :+1: You are correct about him not living here for years. Also, he does seem to want CFC to go to a non controversial owner. Pretty crazy he will also donate money from sale which could be £2-4B to those affected by the war in Ukraine and the fact he called it a war when Mr P has banned that word is pretty big statement.

Also, interesting is Ukranians saying Abromovich is one of the only Russians trying to help solve the issue but has limited influence.

But he is an easy target for MPs etc to say sanction him as he is famous but surely we should be showing people who acknowledge it is war and are trying to help actually can avoid sanctions, unless of course they are proven to break laws.
