1. Copying my question from another thread. @DanielE shared clearly the remaining work to be done on European expansion.
   Could you provide key reasons for such a significant delay?

@adam @KarlB could we get a comment on this, please? How did we get from expecting to be in the whole Europe before the end of 2021 to unreleased Swedish app 5 months into 2022? What explains the delay? Covid and Brexit was a known factor when the timeline above was shared with the crowd. As for the licence - it has been granted almost 3 months ago. Have signed up for the Swedish wait list a couple of weeks ago to see if I get an invite to the beta, but haven’t heard since. What’s going on?

2. The team mentioned a few times that the main focus last year was building European infrastructure which delayed other projects. From the outside it is looking like a massive investment of time and resources that has not been complete yet (Euronext Paris is one of the large missing pieces, for example).
   Could you define what infra exactly has been built by FT over the last year?

It seems like you are using Equiduct to access the markets in Europe, so FT is not an exchange member for any exchanges, correct?

From the outside Equiduct looks like a 3rd party provider like Drivewealth providing access to exchanges via an intermediary. Why are you saying that FT has built a direct access to European markets than?

What part of the infra exactly is owned by FT?

If FT is already plugged in with Equiduct why does it take so much time to add the missing exchanges Paris, Milan, Madrid?

Appreciate that this might be complex and open-ended questions but since this was mentioned by you and the team a few times would be great to have a clear understanding on this one.

3. What is happening with the CTO role? Will the positioned be filled or someone promoted internally?

4. I stumbled upon the FT’s Plus ad recently which was awesome.

   This ad is 1,5 years old already and the premium product has seen zero improvements from the launch except for the added stocks in the Plus universe. The message at the time was crystal clear - to make Plus a no-brainer with the amount of the value add for the user.
   Do you think the current value proposition of Plus is a no brainer? When will the premium tier see some love from FT =)

5. I am not interested by this cause I am outside of the UK, however lots of people have requested sipp employer contributions. The SIPPs are currently one of the greatest differentiators for FT in the UK. Is the feature coming this year?
