Fractional UK shares have been difficult prioritise over other features given how low share prices typically are (ie priced in pence rather than the hundreds of dollars you see for many US stocks), so there isn’t much of a barrier to investing the amount you want in a given stock.
Not sure about the UK REIT/ISA issue tbh, but will ask the product team.
