Can these without iphone join? Maybe a live stream through zoom/teams
The platform choice you can definitely argue is odd - especially as a big chunk of users arenāt able to access it. But why do you think the the timing is? Clubhouse is the most on trend social media platform over the past month or two. For the very same reason - it may not last, but if they were thinking of giving it a try then now seems a decent time.
Read above - @szb has very thoughtfully offered to do this.
Didnāt Elon do his chat with the Robinhood CEO on Clubhouse? Definitely on trend .
Boooooo
It would be good if you spent more time answering support issues than doing a general chat. Unless you are going to address the challenges you are having on the chat?
Ask that question then?
FTās team has a lot of Android users for sure. Everyone will have an update soon anyway.
Latest thinking on Series B and valuation would be good - canāt wait!
If you can share any more detail, what are the big milestones youāre looking at for 2021/22?
Also, whatās the biggest technical challenge youāre working on if you can share?
and whatās the biggest non technical challenge (if not the current obvious CS one)?
To echo other questions already on hereā¦
Q. Can you give us any more info on series B timescales.
Q. Howās hiring Sweden going
Q. Whatās 457!!
Iām on android and hereās how I feel about apple only resources for communicating with shareholders and community members
It is really admirable that amidst what appears to be a full-blown crisis in customer support, the company will convene an AMA event. Shows a commitment to engaging with customers and a willingness to not dodge the tricky questions that are sure to come.
It seems insensitive, though, to do it on a platform accessible only to Apple users with personal invitations, i.e. not a fully public event, just because they want to try out the latest cool platform. And to leave it up to a customer to rebroadcast it via more widely accessible channels.
First AMA in 4 months?
Better host it on a platform that excludes half your users, community members, and shareholdersā¦
Swing and a miss
You could apply the same logic to every single person who uses Clubhouse. Itās an app which is still in Beta, so yes it doesnāt work for everyone unfortunately.
On a platform thatās infamously hard to get invited on
Ps. Iām still holding out for a spare invite if anyone has one?
To be clear, this is more about testing Clubhouse as a format than anything else.
We will still have our regular Zoom based meetup. We can accommodate thousands of community members there and only a browser is necessary.
Canāt wait for a proper big meetup.
I have some invites for you @Jonny and anyone else who would like them.
Isnāt it about reassuring customers who have been complaining in the forum that the recent difficulties coping with demand are being addressed? Because that would be something that many would welcome.
