Freetrade Improvement or Expansion?

Pies allow for investors to set up percentage allocations without the constant mathematics involved in arranging the allocations. It’s actually an incredibly useful if not necessary tool. Helps so much with emotional investing over the years.

Auto invest helps the people that really would like to not pay attention to their investments until retirement or their required target date. Basically how a workplace pension functions.

Many etf investors core holdings are for 10-40 year holding periods to really take advantage of the compounding.

Many investors for their core portfolio wish to set and forget. It is the proven way to grow wealth in-line with the market. The majorly of investors do not wish to be active with their ‘bet’ on the future.

I think the word lazy is a bit insulting. Imagine paying your phone bills, mortgages, electric bills, council tax bills, car insurance, building insurance manually and amongst other things.

Im sure you’d be happy to do that too each month?

I suggest you go read the Trading212 forum and scroll back over the last few months… especially around the time they started liquidising investors CFD positions when they were at a loss with zero warning.

If after all that you still want to open an account with Trading212, good luck you’re going to need it

DVD’s? Pah!. I can remember the invention of video shops, Our first local one, was in someones spare room. We’d get a photostat list through our door, and then we’d go to his house, wait in his porch, and he’d nip upstairs to get the video we wanted. We also had the choice of VHS, Betamax or Video 2000. Of course we were Betamax fans.

We used to have a guy with an estate car full of VHS videos come down the street once a week, and everyone would come out and hire a couple of films

FT: Here’s an iPad version of FT instead.

PS. I am not dissing the iPad version I think it looks great. But please priorities features that are important to people that really make a difference on the user experience.
