Well hopefully once all sorted out there will be more available so we can invest within the 1st 2 million or it could be costly in the long run.Hopefully CC will fix the issue so it doesn’t happen again and keep it private for just freetrade community and users.
Crowdcube asked for a number of days to improve their technical ability to handle to demand and do load testing. We are in constant communication with them to confirm they absolutely have the ability to deal with unusually high traffic.

We want the re-opening of the raise to be a good day from start to finish, so our focus is on making sure our community members get the chance to invest. We’ll give updates on top of this thread as often as we have them.

When you say a number of days, does that include this weekend? Or are we looking for the round to open again mid next week - ish
The earliest timing is for the round the open again toward the end of next week (i.e. Thursday or Friday), but that’s entirely dependent on Crowdcube completing all engineering work they need to do, so please don’t expect those exact dates just yet, and we’ve also heard from a few of our community members that they didn’t get enough heads-up about the raise. I’m very curious what everyone thinks about that? Agree, disagree? How much in advance would you like to hear about the re-opening of the raise?
Needless to say, we’ll share the update that Crowdcube is ready as soon as they confirm they are.
I don’t think we should do the raise on a weekend day, but we’re open to feedback on that, too!

For people who did manage to invest, Will the cooling off period be a week from today? Or can we get it extended to a week from the reopening date?

Emails are a little easier to look at at work 
I did have a link sent me from another investor from the previous round who got it or on hear earlier . I tried it but was also blocked which led me to believe it was broken and I needed to wait for my link… along with then going on crowdcube…

The length of the notice was fine I think for the reopen should happen as soon as CC have fixed the issue with 24 or 48 hour notice.Don’t won’t to be waiting too long to get me investment into freetrade.But we need longer than 20 minutes in private mode.

Ok so 
the active users are plotted on the vertical axis on the left hand side, the total users is plotted on the right hand side.
Active, 30 / 7 days is the number of users who’ve been active in 30 / 7 days.
Ignore the vertical dashed lines, they’re just annotations.
Basically the community is growing steadily but got a big boost from the Android launch & then the crowdfunding.
