I might be missing something obvious so apologies if I am, but can anyone suggest a good ETF that tracks the FTSE4Good (FTSE4Good Index - Wikipedia) index? Or is there a better way to passively invest in the index? Thanks!

As far as I can see, JustETF does not list any ETFs that track that particular index. However, if you check out Freetrade’s stocks ‘universe’, you will find other options of a similar nature.
