I think just being open about the response times would help. Iāve been waiting 3 1/2 days for help to move money from my GIA to my ISA. Itās almost at the point where Iād have been better withdrawing it to my bank account and paying it in directly again.
And thatās with Plus and directly tagging someone in the forum.
Depends on time of day this one was but appears we are currently tracking at 3-5K new users a day.
Thatās just 1M annual run rate

What is your valuation approach?
Depends on the popularity of paid accounts. I have been looking at UP Fintech and FUTUās valuation relative to other brokers on simplywall.st and was wondering how Freetrade stacked up with the projections they gave last year. A Ā£1 billion valuation wouldnāt look out of place in this comparison.
Way, way lower. How did you arrive at that figure?
Iām predicting series B will be approx GBP500M valuation and GBP 7-7.5 a share

I use a US layout keyboard so have the same problem. Make a bookmark with a URL of:
javascript:navigator.clipboard.writeText('Ā£')
It will copy a Ā£ to your clipboard without going anywhere. Then you can paste it where you need.
