Check your current providers terms but you can do a partial transfer with many providers - it’s a bit of a pain but you can do this every 12 months.

Not sure how often they are updated, assume live, but it was at 12 a few weeks back I believe.

It is not live but it updates fairly often - perhaps every hour or so. It did indeed spike in to about. 12, 13, 14 around the Rita Ora promo but has more recently been mostly either side of 20.
