The App does not currently have the option to open a new ISA in this new 2021-2022 tax year when I already have one for the prior tax year.
You don’t open new one, allowance gets reset on your existing ISA.

You continue to use the same account in sequential years.
If you skip subscribing for a full tax year, you may need to go through declaration form again, to reenable contributing.
