Identity Check Failed, no email

Trying to open a Freetrade account but it’s stuck on Identity Check Failed and I have had no email requesting manual verification documents. I’ve tried the chat many times with no response (except generic bot ones)

Not sure where to go, there is no contact email address and chat is being ignored.
