I created my account a few days ago and it said identity check failed. And that they’d send me the next few steps on what to do. However, I only received an email saying they’ll check my identity documents within 3-5 working days.
Is this an error on the apps part and should I wait 5 working days or shall I email FT?
I had this message when I set up my isa. It took about 2-3 weeks eventually. I almost gave up then the account miraculously appeared. This was early March this year. I guess they are busy authorising new accounts
