Hey everyone!
It’s my 18th today and I was really looking forward to opening with this broker because it ticked all my boxes, but it’s not allowing me, and getting stuck on “creating your account!”
Anyone get any ideas on how to fix it?
I’d contact freetrade help, it’s possible it’s your age thats causing the problem.
How do I contact them? Is there an email?
I’m not sure how far the process of setting up your account you are. This is the only thing i can find on the forum money@freetrade.io.

It took me two - three weeks from applying to getting an account. That was for an isa in March.
