Have tried that, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I go through the first bit til I get to that screen and it does the same. Basically tried most typical English fixes haha.

Mine was stuck on that for a few weeks until they set up my isa account. I tried all the usual uninstall etc. Just got to be patient.
OK cheers, Iβll give it a couple weeks see what happens.
