My wife who is not on this board is currently transferring out her investments, and the process halfway complete. However one of the holdings (SONIA tracker) has been inflight for several days now and the new platform have said they don’t have it on their list.
She has messaged FT several times but response has been extremely slow (it’s been in progress for over two months now). Anyone here can help?
If the new provider can’t accept that then she would likely have to sell it to cash and transfer the cash.
It might be that the transfer partially completes and she would have to transfer the cash from the Sonia tracker later. This is now permitted since the ISA rules were updated.
Since last 5-6 days this particular holding shows transferred from FT but not received on their end, they already clarified that they haven’t received that particular holding yet.
No response from FT advisor on the transfer status yet unfortunately as we trying to understand where this particular holding is atm.
