Depending on how many flags you have received depends on what happens, as someone with more than the median average you might not have had the opportunity to amend you post.
That interest rate aināt going down or much lower itās been thatās low for over a decade, so donāt bank on it

I just reading what everyone of the analysts etc have said that around April 2024 we should be seeing everything start to fall inflation etc. Still need to await and see if that happens.

I think people are ignoring the budget problems in the US. The inability to come to an agreement. It all begins again in a few weeks time.
Or maybe the market isnāt ignoring it?
