Limit Sell order saying I've 0 shares to sell - solved ✅

Hi,

Just tried to set a Limit Sale order for some RKT I have but after entering the price the screen says I have zero shares to sell, yet I clearly have some in my portfolio. What’s going on, anyone any idea?

It’s not cos the market is closed is it? I get the warning at the beginning saying “The market is closed this order won’t be placed until 3pm tomorrow”

Have you already got an existing open Limit Order for this share?

Dead right mate, thanks. That order is definitely not gonna fill at that price so I’ll cancel it and redo it.
