I’d like to see a welcome message via live chat which helped people get started. Using the current stock market correction as an example, investors are looking for reassurance and might have benefited from some initial guidance - like to start small, diversify and build over time…
It could direct people to places in the community like the “First Time Investing” or “Investing & Markets Discussions” sections, as well as the FAQ’s and the live chat service itself.
Any other ideas for an initial welcome message?
