Any hints to what the highest valaued share will be for this week? 
There is a waiting time between referring a person and getting a new referral link. As an example trading 212 rewards a user with a share next day and you can immediately after refer another one. Can something like this be achieved at FT? Many thanks.
I have quite a few people to refer, I feel like I am a burden asking the team for a new referral link.

Improved free share process is one of the medium-term features on our roadmap.
We’re focused on delivering a few key features first (Fractionals, expanded US stock universe, etc), but it’s definitely on our radar

We don’t control for this, it’s random. But that’s good feedback from the perspective of frequent referrers.

As a knock-on effect of yesterday’s GCP outage, not all of yesterday’s Freeshare orders were completed before the market closed.
We’re submitting these today, so keep an eye out this afternoon

When are the Free shares revealed? I read somewhere it’s every Wednesday. Is it still and if yes, is it at a set time?
