I agree, due to the lack of KIDs it is better to find a UK equivalent e.g. ESGB instead of ESPO.
Got a message in the app that BTEK will be removed due to the issues regarding orders being rejected.

These ones have KIIDs so it would be possible for Freetrade to add them:
Invesco Markets Plc Nasdaq Biotech UCITS ETF (SBIO)
L&G Pharma Breakthrough UCITS ETF (BIGT)
I would check how much they overlap with BTEK and see if they are suitable.
