So MSTR trades at $3000+ in terms of before split prices, and this post is long forgotten. First glimpse, I couldn’t spot many MSTR posts lately. We are so early yet…

We are going so much higher. The fact no one has cottoned on to Saylors playbook yet baffles me.

I’m always the dumb money buying as the wave crests, I’ve got no money not invested now so I can’t be this time!

At this rate there’ll be another stock split in the not too distant future.

So i did some research QQQ is an ETF right :grinning: You think that will guve an appreciable boost to MSTR if it is included?

Yes, QQQ is an ETF.

To be precise, MSTR is supposed be included in the NASDAQ-100. That means, all the ETFs passively tracking the NASDAQ-100 (like QQQ, which is the largest of them; list here: https://etfdb.com/index/nasdaq-100-index/) will have to rebalance their portfolios and add MSTR. This means a lot of passive money flowing into the stock in a span of few days - at the moment this around $1bln - the exact amount depends on their position in the index based on market cap compared to the rest NASDAQ-100 companies market cap.
(This guy keeps track of it every day: https://x.com/BenWerkman/status/1858985461504524503, all the data is here as well: https://www.mstr-tracker.com/ - look in Index Rankings section)

(The amount of money depends on their position in the index, by market cap).

Having said that, MSTR announced in the last earnings call the $21bln ATM (at the market offering), which means they are selling new shares.

So in theory, the stock could go much higher from the new inflowing money, however Saylor knowing that might just sell the ATM into it and the price will not move too much up at all.

So to answer your question: I think we already see the price boost from this, as people are trying to front-run it, as it often happens in the stock market: buy the rumour, sell the news.

However log term this is definitely good. For example TSLA on the day of inclusion in the NASDAQ-100 (15th July 2013) lost 7%, but went 70% up within 2 months after that.

Also, we have the MSCI rebalance on November 26th, and the market cap of MSTR is now much higher than last time, so it should also increase the passive flows from ETFs, so that’s another positive sign.

Hope that helps.

It’s just mind blowing, take a look at this: x.com

That’s the real deal. The unlimited access to convertible bonds at literally 0% interest rates, that market is buying by shovels… to the buy even more BTC, push the prices up, which just helps the MSTR proxy to be even more loved by everyone involved…

Even considering there’s always some risk, I don’t see how can be reasonable by any means to reject having some MSTR shares

And that’s just confirming the playbook explained by Saylor 6 months ago… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUfVLzNdOyc
