NewRiver REIT plc - NRR

This is a commercial and leisure REIT. NewRiver focus on both community and convenience-led asset throughout the UK, with their portfolio including grocery, clothing and beauty stores. The trust aims to provide sustainable and growing returns for investors.

Sold a lot of properties reducing its debts considerably.
You would expect REITs to have more debt.
Recently read its NAV was 130p, share price 72p. Major discount (if correct).
Sometimes get the impression that they are going to sell ALL the properties and return proceeds to shareholders. Unlikely as would need shareholders permission. Which i would think they would get.
They have not done any share buy backs, unusual with such a big discount.

Other forums appear to think it’s a near certainty (buybacks)
