I don’t install the Freetrade app on my primary mobile device (I only install it on a secondary mobile device that is usually turned off and left at home). If I use the “contact us” option in the app to contact customer support I will get an app notification when customer support responds, but as I don’t install the app on my primary device this notification is of no use to me.
Could you therefore please provide an option to receive email notifications when a customer support rep sends a reply to an in-app support request? The option could be added as a toggle in Inbox Preferences. The email message wouldn’t need to contain any conversation content. All it would need to say is something like “you have received a response to your customer support request. Please use the Freetrade app or Freetrade Web to read the message”.
