I received any update from Ash stating that the delay was on Trading 212 side. After speaking with them, they have told me they provided the necessary information and have still been awaiting response from yourselves for sometime.
Can i ask that you check your systems for the response for them so that this process can be sorted ASAP.
I’ve spoken with Ash and he’s just sent you an update. We have tried to agree a transfer date with T212 but they came back to us saying it’s ‘pending consent’.
