Outgoing ISA Transfer Delay

Hi, I requested a ISA transfer from FreeTrade to Trading 212.

I was first contacted by FreeTrade that they have received the request and it would start to be processed.

I then contacted Trading212 and they informed me that they have been waiting for FreetTade to respond to an email they sent on 24/04/2024.

I have since asked for a update multiple times from yourselves and have had no response since 21/05/2024.

Whilst i understand this process takes time, I would of hoped you might be able to expedite it when Trading 212 have asked for information.

Hopefully i will get a response from this forum.

Hi Charlotte,

I received any update from Ash stating that the delay was on Trading 212 side. After speaking with them, they have told me they provided the necessary information and have still been awaiting response from yourselves for sometime.

Can i ask that you check your systems for the response for them so that this process can be sorted ASAP.

Hi Conor,

I’ve spoken with Ash and he’s just sent you an update. We have tried to agree a transfer date with T212 but they came back to us saying it’s ‘pending consent’.

Ash will give you a more detailed update and advise on timelines.

Hi Charlotte,

That original issue apparently has been resolve as i have given consent on the 7th July.

I am still awaiting any update as well as my actual transfer being completed.

Can i please have another update with a completion date.

This has been going on now since April.
