Hey all just bought some more this morning. I’m aiming to get my average under 5 then I’ll stop.
We can enjoy an increased dividend this year which is nice, other than that the company is in good shape so I am confident about the future.
Not sure what happened but this jumped massively today. Just waiting on my divi to pump it back in. Over 10% yield.
Not a clue although I would say Phoenix is criminally undervalued. It wasn’t too long ago it was trading at the 6 pound mark.
I for one couldn’t be happier I was able to buy when it was cheap here’s hoping for a more stable SP now. Ideally I’d like to see about 5.50 but I’m not greedy

Maybe the US jobs miss…although seems quite an excessive jump so not sure if there’s something else going on too!
Results in and the higher dividend is confirmed for this year. Happy days

It’s under £5 now. Strange it’s struggling to rise again.
I missed it. I saw 4.93 and then thought I would wait until sub 4.90 before buying. Oh well maybe next time
You’ll be lucky to get sub 4.90
Just bought some more at 4.91. I’ll stop buying more once my average is below 5.
Assuming the dividend isn’t cut it’s an easy 10% yield share.

Morning all, nice to be back in the black on this share :). I wish I’d bought more when I got the chance.

This is one of my long term hold shares, I’ll buy more if we go under 5.

Man I wish I’d put all my money in this one.
I wonder if this will drop again when it goes ex dividend?
Logic says it will fall to match the div payment.

If memory serves me right it dropped significantly more than the dividend last time. As a result of averaging down, I have accumulated too big a position here so am going to take a bit off the table ahead of results and ex div now I’m in profit.
Will be a bit more comfortable then and should it over react to ex div may buy back in!
Let’s hope for well recieved results next Monday!

Interesting results looks like the interim dividend is being increased.
I’d like to buy more of Phoenix just need to settle on a good price maybe sub 5.50 now

The market doesn’t seem to like that PHNX has decided not to sell sun life, down nearly 4% at the time of typing.
Bought 3 shares earlier with dividend cash sitting and I’ll be buying more. I have 58 quid dividends coming before they go ex on the 28th
