Thank you, Alex, we appreciate the update. Please keep us in the loop.
Hey all - the team shipped a fix on this this morning. I’ve just checked my app and it looks to be resolved. Please shout if there are continued issues and apologies again for the delay!
hmm it seems to be tracking FTSE 100??
It seems resolved partially. It now shows the recent data correctly, but if “max” time period is selected ot only tracks since 2023 as opposed to the real max (I started ft in 2020), which is not shown…
It’s tracking ftse 100 instead of the all world and only goes back 1 year, rendering the max option completely useless. I wouldn’t consider it resolved.
Yeah I believe it used to track VWRL
Doesn’t make sense, you can get data for vukg but not for vwrl? On stock disocver you get vwrl and data. Different data source for performance calculation?
Anyway one positive is that this confirms my protofolio is beating vukg considering 1 year data
would be cool if you could switch between a few benchmarks actually…
It’ll be switched back to VWRL on Monday!
The team did a bit of extra work so able to let you swap between benchmarks. This isn’t quite yet ready but as you can see today, it’s getting there.
Nice, looking forward to it
Same as Panik - tracking Vanguard FTSE 100 from August 14th 2023 instead of All-World index from whichever date your portfolio started.
Permanent shift, bug or quick fix?
On another note, it’d be nice to be able to choose which index to compare our TWRR with…
I hadn’t spotted that and it’s the same for me!
Same for me in iphone and ipad.
@acamp - any updates please?
Same issue here
I have had that issue for months.
It only appears to be affecting the weekly chart.
Let me check this out. Thanks for the nudge @TheRaven.
The previous time it turned out the data provider just stopped sending the data!
I’ll flag it urgently to the team now.
Best,
Alex
