What’s the attraction then? Its down 25% this year, is the dividend that great?

Monthly payout. It’s the most notorious monthly payer.

Great job guys really excited about this. Would there by any chance be further plans to still add further REITs in the future E.G. STOR, Stag, FRT etc?

Also I know Viktor has said it wasn’t directly at front of mind plans right now but are you guys still working on a method to move these into an ISA wrapper or is the plan to always keep them only available non ISA?

Thanks again

In fairness to them they came through like they said they would, in a speedy manner also and not hidden behind a paywall so respect to them for that.

Hopefully it’s the start of adding some other popular ones to the platform and il save my moans for wanting them in an ISA. Hopefully it’s possible and being worked on but nice to have access to this stock now. Although I was building up my GIA as for referral shares only so now it will mess that up :joy:

Was happy when I saw the app notification, then disappointed when it said it wasn’t available in ISA account. Is this likely to change in the future?

One of the most requested stocks on here, surprised there isn’t more excitement now that its here? Good work.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on the long-term future of Realty Income?

I’ve been trying to stay away from all kinds of physical retail investments because of what’s happening in high streets and shopping centres around the world.

I know they have gyms, pharmacies and theatres too but the majority seems to come from traditional retail stores which does worry me.

Things will bounce back with time and all we need now is to reits to be in the isa

Will O be available in the ISA?

Anybody else struggling to invest in reits due to FreeTrade not allowing them in an isa?

I’ve made a few mistakes this year using the isa due to lack of sooooooo much but hopefully these things turn around.

I do.

I know there is a £2k allowance for dividends (if I’m looking at the income from Realty Income right, does anyone know from an HMRC standpoint?). That might go away easily and I want to protect the income I build.

Awesome!

You get £2k plus £12500 personal allowance. In total of £14500 tax free. But if you have another job that uses your tax free allowance. Any dividends earn over £2k will be tax like 7.5% under 50k on dividens I think so it’s not really much.
