This looks like a US ETF, which cannot be traded in the EU.

It has been mentioned before that due to the PRIIPS regulation guidelines, etfs without KIIDs can not be sold in the UK (and the EU in general).
Moved it into a general discussion topic as this ETF is not available in the UK

Short answer: no.
Slightly longer answer: If this ETF doesn’t have a KIID no platform in the UK will have permission given by the regulator authorities to provide it to the public.
