Has anyone got any experience or advice on above scheme or similar. I am looking for tax efficient way of reducing effective 60% taxable income.
Crowdfunding websites (crowdcube, seedrs) have many companies raising money with EIS/SEIS.
I invested in some already, just make sure you understand that itβs going to take a while to get your money back (you canβt sell your shares until IPO or the company was aquired) and also the level of risk (most companies will not make it).
