Series B announcement MEGATHREAD

We are going to crash Crowdcube again! Surely there is a special team building the tech to run the next crowd raise themselves - Monzo did it. It would look so good if FT can do it too - it is an investment app afterall!

The round will get funded in no time, that is for sure.

I’m in for 6k shares at £10,000 spread over Rounds 5/6/7 holding out for £20 a share also to buy a hoose :pray::pray: Everyone needs dreams :rainbow::rainbow: Just to clarify I am a poor man who is regularly in his overdraft lol I said to Adam the other day that Freetrade is going to be the new Skyscanner nearly every employee got a minimum £250,000 and many became millionaires

Thanks

So nearly bought £3k worth of shares back at the start but went with £1k for 12,569 shares. Been an unbelievable ride and whilst I am very tempted to take £47k now, my head is ruling my heart and to hang on in there for another 3 years to IPO (Hopefully !).

Been very exciting investing into a new business and will certainly look to do similar with some of the funds if I can support and see a great opportunity for other new startups.

Good luck to all thinking of selling or sticking, remember nobody rarely gets out at the top so a profit is still a profit !!

Poor me, only 1k shares @ Round 7.

Found out about it by pure fluke and it was one hour after the closed Round 6. I pestered the customer service at crowdcube for days to be allowed to invest. When round 7 opened, in my infinite wisdom, I only put £2.5k. Will go in at least £5-10k this time around if I get the chance.

The problem for me is that I cannot use the app and trade single stocks because 1. I work for a financial institution that doesn’t have FT in its list of approved brokers and 2. I am not allowed to trade single stocks.

What I like about FT’s management is how ambitious they about the exit. Aiming straight for IPO, exactly what investors want to hear. Mergers and take overs can potentially be a massive distraction and waste of time.

Round 6/7!are the same anyway,I only got £3k in round 5

Yeh, my regret is with the amount of money I added. Only £2.5k.

I put £1K in at R2, then another £3K at R4 which left me with about 10,000 shares. wish I’d known about it at R1. I could have just put £1K in then and have more shares than I do now.

For those who have been fortunate enough to have invested in Freetrade already, well done. You have done really well.I found Freetrade early by sheer luck and loved the story. I wish i could say I found them by being super smart but that would be a lie.

Going forward no matter where you join I can see it being a really good long term investment. Great product , scalable technology , fantastic team and community to spread the word. Just read about all the locations they are planning to have a presence in, it’s mind boggling.

Do not be disheartened if you missed the start of the story , jump aboard when you can and enjoy a long term ride on what could be a very profitable journey. Not investment advice just my ramblings.

When is series B going live? Will it be on Crowdcube? What’s the minimum investment? Sorry if this has been explained already but I can’t seem to find that info anywhere

I would guess that’s a no brainer 100k plus
