Im planning on moving them out to my trading 212 account as the isa is free there… i tried to set up an isa with freetrade but i couldn’t see it. Sent 2 emails to them asking whats going on but no reply… most annoying but as im getting close to the threshold were i need to pay CGT i have little choice but to move them out…
Ahhh I see didnt mean to pry, sorry. I thought you or others may think they had to wait for funds to clear before buying shares.
It was a useful point to make for those who dont know
Just invested in TM1. I have bought 63 shares(£1.34). Reason being that just reinvested dividend, put what was left(£1.34)into TM1. I am going to be a millionaire.
That will be worth £31.50 in about 5 years
How’s your GGP Mark?
The 63 shares just bought will be worth £3.15. When I sell my holding in TM1 in the month of June for 5 pence a share I will show a profit of £10,000. When the time is right buy back in so I am closer too the elite millionaires club.
Hi Oscar, I do not hold ggp, the gold mine I hold is cey which is up 19%. My main mining holding is bres which is up 25%
If you invested £10k in Tesla in 2010 IPO, your stock would be worth £1.3m today.
I’m sure better things are to come for those who are patient with tm1, but, I wish our stock price would stop dixking around!
The excitement of the EA license has faded, the day traders are selling up and I’m still here after 16 months waiting to break even!
If I had taken my time that could have been a sonnet, but I only came here to break the silence
I have buys waiting with trading 212… 2 hours and they haven’t been executed… so frustrating. Im starting to hate 212…
So i couldn’t cope with 5 hours waiting for trading 212 not filling my order. They then told me no one wanted to fill my order… i had a £10 a £44 and a £3k order. Utter rubbish no one wanted to fill my order… bought back in through freetrade in 5 seconds…
Looks like i will be opening a different isa next year
IIRC T212 explain that for some low liquidity AIM stocks that they only go to the market twice a day (obviously they can still sell OTC if they have willing sellers) which is why execution of certain AIM stocks can take longer. Not sure what FT do.
Pretty sure tm1 isnt AIM but yes definitely low liquidity… still its definitely not a functional site for small caps
Apologies, you’re right it is main market but still traded as part of the SETSqx auctions (of which there are only a handful of auctions per day). So if a broker (or their market maker) can’t settle a trade from their books then they will include them in the auctions and execution will take longer.
I think i have been spoiled with instant trading through freetrade… wasn’t aware differently platforms did things differently…
Thanks Mike👍
Yes thanks Mike
Great video. Even with the most convincing growth stocks, it is sometimes hard to keep your conviction when the momentum stalls. But…the business case is not going away, TM1 is 100% on brand, this ideological strength will help drive the business, even in macro headwinds.
