Wow, 50p would be nice. Although with 1.5B shares in circulation that would value the company at £750 Million. Not saying that’s impossible, but feels a long way off yet

Once recyclus acquisition complet there will be over 2 billion shares i think.
How come ? Are they listed ? Or will they need to dilute 25% to fund the acquisittion ?

Keith is seagulsfan on lse. Hes been invested since pre ipo. He pretty much knows everything on tm1.
Yikes, so that means dilution to fund the remaining 49% ? Does it seem fair towards us seeing as they own Recyclus anyway?
And after Sunday roasts mention stock of the week, in tm1 tradional style, sp dropped 1%. Oh well ! Should be used to it by now.

Yeah its a bit of a shock initially but i see it that we get nearby 52% of the business we are most interested in for what will rotal around 1/3 of the value of the stock. I do feel that the acquisition will ultimately add significantly more value than its costing

Out of interest, how many of you add a stop loss to any purchases? TM1 or any other stocks you hold. As someone who started from scratch a while ago I wish I’d done it sooner.
I got stung doing that. Set a stop loss, totally forgot about it. Sp dropped, sold cos i had forgotten it, sp rose as i was expecting but was out. Note to self, set a reminder when i do set a stop loss and also read FT notifications as i would have seen the sale and bought straight back in. Im not organised well enough to manage stuff like that ! Next time i will only set ones on very high lisk , low investment beer money stocks… not on long term holds like tm1!
