Excellent discussions on todays Sunday Roast. I think I can say, listening too all is worth the time spent.
Ive been wondering the same, i have noticed the proce of lithium has crashed in the last 12 months I wonder if that explains some of the SP movement [Processing: 20231023_132244.jpg…] although on a 5 year view its still up.
Sadly it seems this share flies like a lead balloon. I was hoping for lithium ballon as they are much lighter. Still I’m stuck here now. I believe eventually this share rise again a bit like the metal from a recycled battery. In the meantime just another red set of numbers in my gloriously blood stained portfolio. Still onwards and downwards.
I dont know if you listened to lastweeks sunday roast podcast but that did shed some light as to where they are at with generating income well worth the listen if you havent it should be just above a few comments . I think come the end of the first quarter next year we should see some big improvement within the share price as by then we should be generating a healthy profit.
But got to admit i didnt expect this share price at this point, on the plus side just give everyone more time to add share before we see the back of these low numbers
For anyone who didn’t see yhe house of lords meeting about ev batteries with Robin from TM1. The link is below. Its an hour and a half but i think well I worth the watch.

Technology Minerals - Update on Acquisition #TM1 Technology Minerals - Update on Acquisition - Vox Markets #voxmarkets
Worth a look at
Personally I prefer the name Technology Minerals not Recyclus Group, please don’t ask me why, I just do.
Any thoughts on what this might do to the share price?
I find it hard to understand how a change in name can increase or decrease the SP. It would be nice to know.
Isnt it an amalgamation of two businesses though? Recyclus have separate shareholders?
I do not know what is going on, over 2 years ago tm1 was buying recyclus now recyclus are buying tm1 sometime into the 1Q 2024
You would think the owners would get the deal done quickly
Are Recyclus publicly traded?
I dont think they are… but i do remember it being briefed tm1 would buy out this company… as they owned a good percentage of it allready?? So confused how the other can now be buying tm1 or is it a merger and going with the other name sounds better than Tm1

Technology Minerals Plc
(“Technology Minerals” or the “Company”)

The Company currently holds 48.35% of the issued share capital of Recyclus.
Highlights
· Proposed Transaction expected to be completed in early Q1 2024
· The Company’s name will change to Recyclus Group plc, subject to completion
Whatever it all means at least there has been a bit of a Monday morning boost in the price ( hope I haven’t spoken too soon )
So they are buying out the rest of Recyclus… And then renaming to Recyclus…
2 years I have been on this rollercoaster. I’m enjoying the ride , and you really never know when or indeed why it’s going to go up or down, just hang on and Scream if you want to go faster …
You spoke too soon.
The chart looks like my dodgy ECG
It’s a reverse takeover. Recyclus needs to float to purchase the shares and acquisition - This could mean an IPO and the cost and time is astronomical. By doing it this way, the acquisition can be done within a month and no need for a IPO this a massive cost saving. However the private company need to be squeaky clean and due diligence needs to be independently accessed before the TM1 shareholders vote for such acquisition.
